It starts with why? Listening and understanding what my client’s needs are, understanding their values, priorities and most importantly lifestyle. Everybody is different, and that’s why understanding these needs are essential in ensuring optimal results and equally important, enjoying the journey.
Every client will be invited for a consultation and postural screening, where the above are discussed in order to paint the picture of what is best suited from a health and fitness perspective. Understanding goals and the philosophies behind fitness, diet and mindset will build the foundations for clients to achieve what they are striving for. Therefore, resulting in a realistic, sustainable and happy adjustment to their lifestyle.

I've trained with Matt for 3 years. Matt has really tailored the workouts to my goals and body type.
