Postural Rehabilitation
In the modern world, we all have anatomical malalignments that can be contributing to pain, discomfort and general postural imbalance. After a full body structural assessment, including a range of joint/muscle pliability tests, the next step is to find that optimal balance of length/tension across muscle groups. This is conducted through the design of corrective joint stability and continuous education surrounding structural balance and core engagement.
